Security and Compliance
Inxide is hosted on AWS in the Milan region, with encrypted data and real-time backups. It is designed to support compliance with the GDPR, and the AI Act.
Monitoring of Each Agent
Guardrail and human-in-the-loop supervision monitor every AI agent, both in real time and offline. The end-to-end audit trail tracks every interaction, including the data that is read, used, and returned.
The platform includes safeguards against prompt injection and misuse and protects conversational flows. Support follows structured processes, with incident management based on severity level.
Admin Console with tools, skills, and permissions managed by role, and AI usage visible by workspace: every decision and every cost remains under control.
