Increso Srl, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 (hereinafter also the "Decree") and concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and national regulatory provisions, provides an appropriate tool for reporting, including anonymously, such violations.
Increso Srl has identified One Seal Srl (based at Via Vitruvio 38, 20124 Milan, Italy) as the Reporting Manager, who is assigned by special appointment the specific tasks required by the regulations in the management of the reports.
Reports may be made anonymously, with the understanding that anonymous reports may compress the possibilities of carrying out some of the necessary investigations or the prosecution of the reported conduct.
The Report must contain the following elements:
- The circumstances of time and place in which the reported event occurred;
- description of the fact;
- generalities or other elements that would make it possible to identify the person to whom the reported facts can be attributed.
It is also useful to attach documents that may provide evidence of the facts being reported, as well as an indication of other individuals potentially aware of the facts.
Increso guarantees, through the use of the reporting tool provided, the confidentiality of the identity of the Whistleblower and the persons mentioned in the Report, as well as the confidentiality of the contents of the Report and the documentation attached to it.
