Challenge
A leading telecommunications client of ours needed to transform and automate credit reminder, credit management, and litigation processes on a highly complex customer segment, with the goal of achieving significant reductions in operating costs and improvements in processing quality.
Our solution
We took charge of the service by setting up a dedicated specialists teamwith training paths aimed at building multiskill profiles capable of ensuring maximum productivity, absorbing fluctuations on the needs of the different operational areas (reminder and out-of-court recovery, reimbursement and litigation, administrative management, master legal and insolvency procedures), and the highest levels of quality of workmanship.
SMART AUTOMATION
The most repetitive tasks, such as matching collections or entering invoices, we designed and implemented custom RPA solutions, integrated with the client's management platforms, with the goal of reducing human errors and recovering efficiency.
SELF SERVICE
Aiming to further reduce operational costs, we also used the our conversational AI platform to perform the first level of credit reminder, enabling the customer to independently manage the communication or execution of a payment (credit card, Paypal, Amazon pay,...), an installment, refund or duplicate invoice, and the opening of a claim.
CONTROL ROOM
With our Control Room, we constantly oversee the activities carried out by ensuring meticulous quality controls that have enabled us on many monthly surveys to reach the goal of 0 margin of error.
