  1. What We Took Away from the Event
  2. Our Perspective on the Data
  3. Increso Voice AI: The Voice AI That Keeps Data in Europe
  4. A question to ask yourself before making a choice

From October 20 to 22, Increso took part in the NVIDIA GTC Berlin, one of Europe’s leading gathering places for those shaping the future of artificial intelligence. For a company like Increso, which manages customer service for other companies every day using AI agents, participating in an event of this caliber offers a specific benefit: the opportunity to compare its own decisions with those of an ecosystem that includes model developers, infrastructure providers, and those who bring AI into production.

What Did the Event Leave Us With?

The program covered the entire value chain, from accelerated computing to agent-based AI, and from open models to industrial applications. Three aspects, in particular, have reinforced our vision.

Agent-based AI is now in the implementation phase. The focus is no longer on adoption itself, but on the ability to make it reliable, manageable, and sustainable over time within business processes. This is the area we work on every day, and our discussions have confirmed that we are on the right track.

Models are bound to change, and they’re doing so rapidly. As the range of open models expands, it becomes even more important to have an architecture capable of integrating the models best suited to each use case and replacing them when necessary, without having to start from scratch. This is a principle we’ve chosen to make the foundation of our Inxide platform.

Data sovereignty has now become a key consideration. There has been a great deal of discussion about it, and with a newfound maturity. For us, this is nothing new: it’s a given.

Our Perspective on the Data

The companies we serve often operate in sensitive industries and must comply with European data protection regulations. When they entrust an AI agent with communicating with their customers, they need to be able to rely on a partner that provides clear answers about where the data is processed and what safeguards are in place. They cannot afford any ambiguity on this point—and neither can we.

That’s why we decided to run our agent models on European infrastructure. We’re pursuing this approach in partnership with Polarise, a European provider of sovereign AI: we’re among the first customers to have put its infrastructure, Polarise Drive, into production, which allows us to run the latest Nemotron models while maintaining performance and control over our data. As our CTO, Marco Modonesi, emphasized, the goal is to offer agents that are fast, reliable, and fully compliant with European regulations, even in the most sensitive sectors.

Today, our agents serve more than 10,000 end customers every day. On this scale, trust isn’t something you simply declare—it’s built through concrete technological and organizational decisions, and it’s maintained over time.

Increso Voice AI: The Voice AI That Keeps Data in Europe

This approach finds its most direct expression in Increso Voice AI, our voice agent solution for customer service. Voice is the channel where companies can most quickly earn—or lose—customer trust, and it is also the channel where data-related issues are most keenly felt.

According to Michelangelo Petrini – CEO & Founder of Increso – the starting point is simple:“When a customer calls, they don’t ask us what model we use; they ask if they can trust us. That trust is built through concrete technological choices: that’s why we’ve developed a Voice AI that keeps data processing in Europe, without compromising on quality or performance.”

Riccardo Frisieri – Co-Founder & Executive Advisor at Increso – adds this key insight:“Berlin has confirmed a trend we’ve been observing for months: data sovereignty is no longer a secondary requirement. It has become a fundamental prerequisite for adopting AI.”

This is the logic behind Increso Voice AI: it answers calls continuously, operates according to the information and rules defined by the company, and, when necessary, transfers the conversation to an agent. It can be integrated with existing contact center and CRM tools and fits into a governance model that combines process expertise and operational oversight. Because, for us, innovation in AI for customer service must go hand in hand with data control.

A question to ask yourself before making a choice

With the rapid evolution of models, there’s one question every company should ask itself before entrusting its customers to an AI agent: Can I say with certainty where my customers’ data is processed—and continue to do so even as the technology changes?
That’s the question that inspired us to build Increso Voice AI.
